Our season is from May 1 – October 31. 7-days a week. You can start booking in January.

A deposit of $300 is required when making a reservation and will be processed during online booking, via credit card. The remaining balance will be collected on the boat at the time of departure. We accept cash, check or credit card for the remaining balance. The deposit can be refunded in you need to cancel related to COVID-19.

The maximum capacity of the boat is 30 passengers (not including the driver provided by Pontoon Porch). If you have more than 30 passengers, please call us (608-284-8727).

Last year, many of our popular booking time were booked weeks or months in advance. We recommend booking as early as you can so that your group can get your preferred time slot.

Our evenings and all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday usually book out very quickly.

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit that can be made online during the booking process. The remaining balance is due prior to boat departure.

If you need to change your booking date, your deposit is transferable to another date with 4-weeks notice. If your booking is cancelled due to weather, your deposit is transferable to another agreed upon date. If there is not mutually agreeable date, your deposit will be refunded only for inclement of weather.

Tips are encouraged and greatly appreciated by the crew. Many people ask us what is standard. Usually 15% or more is given for great service.

We will contact you with any weather issues.
